The Greek word in the Bible for drugs is Pharmakeia, or Pharmacy.
- Welcome to your local Walgreen Pharmacy or Pharmakeia in Greek.
Written in Revelation 9:21 the Greek word Pharmakeia covers the entire range of drugs and medications.
Whether legal* or illegal the toll of souls taken down by drugs and medications staggers the imagination to come up with a proper stat.
Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts. (Revelation 9:21)
Lesson: The degree of how quickly a drug turns you in upon yourself, (self-centeredness) is the degree of speed to spiritual death. This is why a healthy society outlaws pot, and many other drugs, but permits coffee. The quickness of a drug’s magic makes the distinction. This is why Revelation is associated with magic arts. Arts displaying itself in portriats or transforming children’s minds. The direct deaths attributed to drugs, legal or not, is astronomical but when considering the auxiliary overflow, such as murder, one can only be driven to the floor in prayer. While not all medications are sinister, indeed the current hype over basic pain mediation is politically driven, be wary of straining on a gnat and swallowing a camel. In short, this artist’s self-portraits on drugs, glorified as art is a straight stamped ticket to hell.
Pharmakeia: is a form of the Greek root word from which we get our English words: Pharmacy, Pharmacist, and Pharmaceutical.
