Feinstein Rebukes Inslee

Feinstein Rebukes Inslee

Notre Dame Law School Professor Amy Coney Barrett

“When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you,” Feinstein said of Barrett’s writings regarding the professional obligations of Catholic practitioners. “And that’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for for years in this country.”

Feinstein rebukes Governor Jay Inslee, well, kinda.

Judge Mary Yu, Governor Jay Inslee

Governor Jay Inslee walked gay dogma judge Mary Yu to fill her post as Supreme Court Judge of Washington State up the courthouse steps.

There, of course, is no doubt that Judge Mary Yu would throw the Constitution of Washington State and its laws out the window. Judge Mary Yu would vote according to her, and Governor Jay Inslee’s dogma. Accordingly, you know what kinda of marriage the State of Washington all of sudden found Constitutional.

Judge Mary Yu would vote according to her, and Governor Jay Inslee dogma regardless of the clear dictates of the law.

That Judge Mary Yu would let herself be prostituted as a photo-op opportunity for her personal dogma to corrupt the laws of Washington State should be enough for her, if she had any self-respect, to step down from her position as Supreme Court judge. Or, at a minimum,  to have written Governor Jay Inslee a very strong letter of rebuke.

But alas Judge Mary Yu and Governor Jay Inslee illegally used this situation to fabricate, formulate and further along personal dogma rather than Constitutional laws that benefit everyone.

A good deal of this formulation involves silencing and forcing injustice, gay hate, to destroy those who hold to a different dogma.

One can obtain their approved Seattle Police Gay Sticker to help ensure which individuals are readily identified as the protected class of citizens.

Or better yet, Supreme Court Judge Mary Yu’s Kindergarten approved Satanists Club. Satanist Club whose dogma is to lie, deceive their true intentions and create rebellion – fits right in with the lawless King County Prosecutors Office.

It appears that Christians have to keep their dogma with-in the church walls, but Governor Jay Inslee can march his up the courthouse steps. Indeed, in Enumclaw Washington, the Police will go after anyone that does not fit Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall‘s dogma.

Washington State’s call to crush the Bill of Rights, except for those with the correct dogma was heard loud and clear. Which, of course, is to nullify the Bill of Rights for all in the name of applying the Bill of Rights to a special class.

Judging by his own heart it is clear that King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg just wanted to “feel the power.” Which, by the way, is one of the primary dogmas of the Kindergarten Satanist after school Club.

As Feinstein stated “dogma lives loudly within you” and there is no clearer confirmation of those words than Governor Jay Inslee and Supreme Court Judge Mary Yu actions.

The Lord abhors dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight. (Proverbs 11:1)

Believe me, and this is not dogma, I should know because the Enumclaw hate crime against Sound Doctrine Church is an indirect result of such destructive dogmas of Governor Jay Inslee and Supreme Court Judge Mary Yu. (See www.hardtruth.us for evidence.)

Indeed, King County Prosecutors, of Seattle caught the direction of the lawless wind blowing and used it to promote a hate crime against a Christian church. King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, Seattle, Washington State calculated what to do – and did walk a hate crime up the court house steps to crush those of a different dogma.

Let us all agree with Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California that such personal dogma over law is highly concerning and should be rejected. Especially with that fact that Enumclaw Detective Grant McCall testified on behalf of King County Prosecutors that he only agreed with “30%” of the doctrines, or dogma of the church he was after. Washington State Supreme Court At Work

Bonus:

The point of this post is not the issue of Supreme Court Judge of Washington State Mary Yu’s practicing gay sex, it is that her personal actions are corrupting the Constitution and laws of Washington State to fit her, and Governor Jay Inslee personal dogmas.

Governor Jay Insleee and Supreme Court Judge Mary Yu are entitled to their personal peccadillos as Sen. Dianne Feinstein has made clear, however, they are not permitted to walk their dogma of corruption up courthouse steps to further injustice as Sen. Dianne Feinstein also made clear.

I have made my choice to seek holiness and others are free to indulge in their impurity, they are not, however, permitted to inflict injustice upon those they oppose.

“Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy.” (Revelation 22:11)

(dailycaller.com)—

The religious convictions of one of President Donald Trump’s appeals court nominees featured prominently during a Wednesday confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The two nominees evaluated during the hearing, Michigan Supreme Court Justice Joan Larsen and Notre Dame Law School Professor Amy Coney Barrett, are nominees to federal appeals courts based in Cincinnati, Ohio and Chicago, Ill. Barrett is a Roman Catholic who has previously written about faith in public life and spoken to Christian legal groups in her capacity as an academic.

A coalition of leftwing groups, including the Alliance for Justice (AFJ), allege that Barrett has advocated prioritizing religious views over established case law when the two conflict in her professional publications.

“Stunningly, Barrett has asserted that judges should not follow the law or the Constitution when it conflicts with their personal religious beliefs,” AFJ claims. Legal academics have strongly disputed this characterization of her position.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, the ranking Democrat on the panel, signaled sympathy with those concerns, and referenced a law review article that Barrett wrote in 1998 entitled “Catholic Judges in Capital Cases,” which appeared in the Marquette Law Review. Barrett concluded that a Catholic trial judge who is a conscientious objector to the death penalty should recuse himself if asked to enter an order of execution against a convict.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Barrett emphasized that the set of circumstances considered in the article were narrow, and that she participated in death penalty cases as a law clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court, but Feinstein remained unpersuaded.

“When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you,” Feinstein said of Barrett’s writings regarding the professional obligations of Catholic practitioners. “And that’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for for years in this country.”
