Before Aristotle there was Solomon.

Before Solomon was God who gave Solomon his wisdom.

One quote, Aristotle, is of man, by the God-given power of man’s ability to comprehend his acre in the Universe.

The other quote, by Solomon, is God inspired, God-maintained, whose words have the power to create many Universes.

For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief. (Ecclesiastes 1:18)

Two Points:

  1. You don’t see Solomon t-shirts for sale because Solomon’s words are heavenly.
  2. Now you know why most individuals, Christian or not, choose ignorance over wisdom.

Bonus Wisdom:

That Queen Sheba was one smart women – in humility she was willing to actually listen to a man.1When the queen of Sheba heard about the fame of Solomon and his relation to the name of the Lord , she came to test him with hard questions. (1 Kings 10:1)

The Queen of the South will rise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for she came from the ends of the earth to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, and now one greater than Solomon is here. (Matthew 12:42)

I don’t expect to see very many of today’s women wearing a t-shirt saying, “I listened to a godly man.”

But, then, finding a smart-cookie of a woman is like finding a rare jewel. 2A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. (Proverbs 31:10)

However, to be fair, and, one must always be fair, there is a lot of false advertising promoted by men about a godly man.

Personally, I go for the 50% cotton and 50% polyester t-shirt because I am not very good at laundry.
