Stephen Hawking Dies

Professor Stephen Hawking has died at the age of 76 – more than 50 years after he was given just two years to live.

The world’s most celebrated scientist passed away peacefully at his home in Cambridge this morning after a long battle with motor neurone disease, his family has revealed. – DailyMail

…but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.
(Romans 1:21)

Stephen Hawking is dead, along with the many millions who have no room for God.

Mr. Hawking, who could imagine multi-levels and infinite varying possibilities of interactions with-in and outside black holes had no room for God.

A very interesting, but sad, paradox on the sinfulness of man.

He, Mr. Hawking who bids us all to “wonder about what makes the universe exist” could not possibly, with all the wonders he observed, and things he could not explain, found no wiggle room for a creator God.

What a court jester among the academia of wise men.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. (Romans 1:21)

No greater example can be found of the futile thinking than the foolish hearts paying tribute to Professor Stephen Hawking.

Stardust?

Vacuum energy permeating the fabric of spacetime?

Bonus Wisdom:

God tried to humble Professor Stephen Hawking by giving him a wasting disease, but alas, he and his friends used it to further their pride.

What a fool of a wise man Professor Stephen Hawking was, and is before the Living God.

Do not deceive yourselves. If any one of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this age, he should become a “fool” so that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness” ; and again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.” So then, no more boasting about men! All things are yours, (1 Corinthians 3:18-21)

Professor Stephen Hawking “through his groundbreaking theories” explained “the behavior of black holes” was so blinded by his brilliance he could see no possible room for God.

Weird to say the least.

Such pride and arrogance can be seen even in the face of a child.

(dailymail.co.uk)—Physicist James Hartle, whose work with Prof Hawking led to the Hartle-Hawking model of the universe’s origins, said his colleague had ‘inspired a lot of people’.

Prof Hartle told BBC Radio 4’s Today: ‘What was unique about him was that he had a marvellous ability to see through all the clutter in physics and to see what the essential points are and that, of course, was a great thing for going forward.’

He added: ‘My memory of him would be on several fronts: first our work together, as a scientist, and second as a human being whose whole story is of triumph over adversity and who inspired a lot of people, including me.’

British astronaut Tim Peake said Prof Hawking ‘inspired generations to look beyond our own blue planet and expand our understanding of the universe’.

‘His personality and genius will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with his family,’ he wrote on Twitter.

Inventor of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, tweeted: ‘We have lost a colossal mind and a wonderful spirit. Rest in peace, Stephen Hawking.’

Nasa remembered Prof Hawking as a ‘renowned physicist and ambassador of science’.

‘His theories unlocked a universe of possibilities that we & the world are exploring. May you keep flying like superman in microgravity, as you said to astronauts on @Space-Station in 2014,’ the organisation tweeted.
