Because Defense Attorney Associations and Lawyers have almost zero interest in actually winning a case, they owe everyone at least two bono-cases, three free objections and massive reform of their profession.

Defense attorneys have no real interest in reforming the system as they make their money off injustice.

Don’t be fooled. When a defense attorney says you need to fight, what they mean is give them $10,000 and when your money runs out, they will flatter you that a good fight was fought. Uh-huh.

Unethical prosecutors know it is not about law, justice or even procedure. These Peverted Prosecutors view of legalese is wear down and wear out because the State lets them blow all the money desired in a prosecution without accountability.

If defense organizations, like the  WDA, were serious about winning your case, they would require every defense lawyer or group to sign a statement that no matter what they will finish a defense case once taken. If you are locked in a battle with unethical prosecutors then you can be sure nothing is going to happen in your favor until your defense attorney gets the word out that they are working pro bono.

Every time you see a request for a donation to help with someone’s defense, call and ask how much the lawyer is donating or cutting his or her rate? Your defense attorney has grown fat and sleek off the system – I suggest you make them get up, exercise and become sharp as a double edge sword. After all, you are paying them hundreds of dollars per hour.
