Aaron Hernandez : CTE

The Washington Post revealed the once-celebrated football player suffered the most severe case of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) ever discovered in a person his age. Researchers at Boston University said the severe damage in his brain would have significantly affected his decision-making, judgment and cognition.

“Aaron Hernandez Uncovered” airs March 17 and March 18 at 7 p.m.

“When you have that type of a brain disease, it doesn’t control logic,” said Baez. “That’s what people have a hard time understanding. If the brain is destroyed, and it was, then that’s what makes us go. Our thoughts, our decisions… our whole existence flows from that. – Fox News, Lawyer Mr. Baez

This is just one reason the revenge culture corruption in prosecutor offices around the country is so deadly to everyone’s freedoms and safety. Such playing to the revenge mob ultimately destroys everything good in the land.

The good, in this case, is the truth that should be inherent in the word justice system. Such playing to the mob for vengeance embitters society at large, making the gang life look the same as the legal life.

But, as with so many locales around the country “walking with God” is outlawed by judges and persecuted by prosecutors within the legal system. Fact is, logic and reality are attacked and destroyed by prosecutors on an hourly level.

He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. (Micah 6:8)

Be diligent, guard yourself well against Seattle’s King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg of Washington State for he prides himself on false-humility.  Mr. Satterberg’s Macmillan [*]  power abuse against justice for selfish-ambition sake has, and, is, causing the destruction of society on a fundamental, foundational level. Such dishonesty and false weights that prosecutors and judges harbor will not sit well with an all-powerful, and righteous God.

Shall I acquit a man with dishonest scales, with a bag of false weights? (Micah 6:11)

One would think, yea, I know, we are talking about the worse kinds of lawyers for whom the word think disappeared a long, long time ago, that such prosecutors and judges would understand that their world-play shenanigans are not going to win the court battle on the Great Judgment Day with a holy God. But alas, such is the ugly fruit of pride.

(foxnews.com)—“First of all, we all learned at the end, he didn’t have it all,” said Baez. “He didn’t have his health, which all the money in the world can’t buy. He sacrificed his health and his brain for the game that we all love to watch.

“If he’s guilty of something, it’s of poor judgment of the people he chose to be around him… In the court of public opinion, he is literally guilty by association.”

Baez pointed out that Hernandez was with two friends, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz, on that fateful night.

“He was convicted not for pulling the trigger and killing Odin Lloyd, but for being part of a joint venture that ultimately ended up in his death… The bottom line and the clear fact is no prosecutor and no jury has ever convicted Aaron of pulling the trigger that actually killed Odin Lloyd. And people don’t ever talk about that.”

Baez still believes Hernandez was innocent of murder.
